At Azad Work, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The item is unused and in its original condition, where applicable.

Return requests should be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order furniture.
  • Personalized or specially designed products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Items returned without prior approval from Azad Work.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
  2. Provide your order details.
  3. Share clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging.

We will review your request and determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

4. Refunds

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we may offer an exchange for the same product, subject to availability.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (incorrect, damaged, or defective product), we will provide instructions regarding the return process.

For returns that are not the result of our error, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production or shipment begins.

Custom furniture orders may not be cancelled once production has started.
